A talking-head avatar that speaks bot replies in real time — HeyGen / D-ID / Tavus aggregator-style. Pairs with the Voice Replies feature in Next. Worth it for industries where presence sells (legal, real estate, financial services). Triggers when a paying customer asks for it; per-minute vendor cost is meaningful.

Editable plan management

Edit plan names, prices, perks and feature flags from the admin Console without a code redeploy. Useful once we run pricing experiments or regional discounts.
