What's included
The "Powered by BusyBot" footer disappears completely. The widget reads as if it were built by your team.
Replace our default header copy with your own product name, tagline, or status indicator.
Serve the widget script from a subdomain on your own domain — chat.yourbrand.com — for full visual continuity.
When BusyBot replies via email, the from-name and footer use your brand instead of ours. Optional custom SMTP.
If the widget hits an error, the message references your brand — not BusyBot. No confusing fallback copy for your visitors.
Optional CNAME for the API origin so network requests in DevTools don't leak BusyBot's domain to curious visitors.
