May 2026 — Per-message feedback

Visitors can now thumbs-up or thumbs-down any bot or agent reply. Real metrics flow into the dashboard's Feedback card so you see at a glance which conversations land.

May 2026 — Multilingual everything

Marketing site, docs, widget, and admin all ship in English, French, and Spanish. Auto-detects from the host page or visitor browser; visitors and customers can override.

May 2026 — Smarter handoffs

When a conversation escalates to a human, BusyBot now writes a one-sentence recap so the agent has instant context — and the visitor sees the bot understood them. Live across the widget, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Instagram, and SMS.

May 2026 — Knowledge retrieval rebuilt

Tuned the similarity threshold and removed legacy vector indexes that were silently filtering out the right chunks. Bot answers are now grounded in your actual content instead of guessing.
